Because our services involve the immediate delivery of digital goods, intellectual property, and personalized diet/workout plans, we have a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
- You may request to cancel your enrollment in a program within 24 hours of making the payment, provided that your personalized protocol (diet and workout plans) has not yet been shared with you.
- Once the program materials, app access, or customized plans have been dispatched to your email or WhatsApp, the order is considered "delivered" and cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, you must email us immediately at support@pawanprime.com with your payment receipt and registration details.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital fitness coaching, our refund policy is as follows:
- Non-Refundable Services: Once a program has commenced and your personalized protocol has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes cases where you choose not to follow the plan or drop out of the program voluntarily.
- Eligible Refunds: If you cancel within the 24-hour window (and before the protocol is delivered), or if there is a double payment due to a technical error, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Medical Emergencies: In rare cases of a severe medical emergency that prevents you from training (supported by valid medical documents from a certified doctor), we may, at our sole discretion, offer to pause your program or provide a partial refund.
3. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved based on the conditions above:
- The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (via Razorpay).
- Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
