3. Payment & Subscription

All payments made through our platform are securely processed via Razorpay. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the selected program.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect active, fully paid protocols.
In case of a payment failure, the program access will not be granted until the transaction is successfully verified.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including workout plans, diet charts, videos, graphics, and text provided to you upon joining a program, is the exclusive property of PAWAN PRIME. You may not distribute, reproduce, or share this content publicly without written permission.

5. User Code of Conduct

When participating in our programs, coaching groups, or communicating with our team, you agree to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor. Any form of harassment, abuse, or violation of privacy will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall PAWAN PRIME, its coaches, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to physical injuries or health complications.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
